I’m sooo happy I found this place! Rising Tides has everything I need - supplements for energy, sleep, and anti-aging. I did the 7-day detox and I loved it so much I will start doing it seasonally! I also use the functional mushrooms they sell and now I can’t live without them.

I love this store! Katie is so knowledgeable and informative about skin care. There is a wonderful vibe inside. I just completed the 7 Day Detox and feel rejuvenated. Will definitely do again.

Owner Katie is incredibly knowledgeable about all the products in her shop. She possesses a genuine passion for offering clean, safe products to her customers. I have a deep admiration for the Ingredients skincare line that she carries. While online shopping is available, the in-person experience is truly worthwhile.
