I ordered a large, hand carved salmon from Richard at Rising Tide Sculpture through Esty. He communicated right away about the project and packaged the work very carefully and securely. He even provided specific instructions in email exchanges on how to unpack it. So it arrived in beautiful condition and I couldn't be happier. He also provided a signed certificate of authenticity.
