This gym has it all. Great coaching, challenging programming that meets you where you’re at regardless of fitness level, super welcoming and encouraging members that easily would become friends, and all the equipment (all of which is in really good shape) you could want. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to workout long term or just stop by when in town!
Okay friends, gather round because I need to talk about Rising Tide Fitness. This place is so much more than a gym — it's therapy with heavy weights, it's community, it's the highlight of my day every single day. Laci, the owner, has built something so special and her coaching staff is unmatched in the support department. A fantastic gym that checks all the boxes you’d look for. A great facility, friendly and welcoming members, and the owner/coaches all make you feel right at home. If you’re thinking of dropping in or joining as a member, give it a go!
We recently moved to the area and joining this gym has been nothing but great from the start. From day one, the coaches and members have been incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. The programming is well-structured, the community is supportive, and the energy in every class is awesome. It’s a great place to train, and meet like minded people. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a solid gym and an even better community!
