A fantastic gym that checks all the boxes you’d look for. A great facility, friendly and welcoming members, and the owner/coaches all make you feel right at home. If you’re thinking of dropping in or joining as a member, give it a go!
We recently moved to the area and joining this gym has been nothing but great from the start. From day one, the coaches and members have been incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. The programming is well-structured, the community is supportive, and the energy in every class is awesome. It’s a great place to train, and meet like minded people. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a solid gym and an even better community!
Raising Tide CrossFit is my reset button! As a busy realtor, I love that I can get an amazing, challenging workout in under an hour and walk out energized for the rest of my day. The coaches are encouraging, the workouts are scalable, and the community is so positive. It’s the perfect way to stay strong and keep up with my busy life!

One of the best gym experiences I've ever had. Everyone is super friendly, supportive, and it's an amazing environment even if you have no gym experience. The coaches are so gifted at teaching and encouraging people. The bathrooms and equipment are clean, the space is huge, and the workouts are super efficient. I've been to many gyms in TX and this is the best one by far. Thank you Laci!
