This was my first experience doing Cross Fit and it was great!👍 The coaches all took the time to explain what they were talking about, snach? IThey guided me through what i was to do, how to modify if necessary, checked my form for safety & to get the benefit of the move. The gym had a family atmosphereand i want to give a 📣 shout out to my Son-in-law, Zach-Zen, Miss Lacy, Sam & Stef 🏋♀️ 🏃♀️ I'm looking forward to getting stronger with y'alls guidance. Hope to see y'all soon!

Dropped in for a class this morning while on vacation. Awesome gym and community, everyone was super friendly! We had a fun time and got a great workout
This gym has it all. Great coaching, challenging programming that meets you where you’re at regardless of fitness level, super welcoming and encouraging members that easily would become friends, and all the equipment (all of which is in really good shape) you could want. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to workout long term or just stop by when in town!
