It was great and free for 1st try i met few nice people and met Bob he was very understandable
Exceptional staff and coaches. Very clean facilities. Top notch training and welcoming environment. If you’ve been considering self defense training for yourself or children, don’t hesitate to drop in for a trail class. It may be one of the best decisions of your life.
Mike has done an excellent job along with the other instructors in growing the programs, and school. Proud to be a student of the martial arts programs to continually learn and grow.
Good training, nice atmosphere
Came to my first no gi class tonight. Everyone there was so friendly and welcoming. Facility is nice and clean. Atmosphere is fun and cheery. As the only female, I was truly impressed with the manners and care each grappler had while rolling with me (I’m small). The knowledge each person shared during our rolls was pretty kind as well.
