idk why they only have 3.9 rating, this place is amazing. I went by myself the first time & as a new mom…It was everything I could have asked for, the second time I went with my husband for a couples massage & it was even better!! We’re going to start coming once a week when we can. Amazing 10/10 recommend
Very unprofessional. Lady up front was extremely rude. Made me wait a while longer than she initially told me too. I gave a generous tip and still the masseuse rolled her eyes at me with a fake smile
My experience was terrible today ! The lady at the front desk was rude! Paying for a service I didn’t receive yet with that attitude is so unprofessional! I don’t not recommend this place!!! Bad service!
Very odd experience. Called prior to book appointment for me and two friends, once we arrived we were questioned to why we were there and what we want. We asked for a massage and receptionist laughed in our faces and called us children. She then asked us for identification to verify our ages (all of us being 20/21) - so we left very confused. Not sure what’s going on here or what services require older ages but we were all very uncomfortable and left promptly.
