Rising Sun seems to only care about selling systems or batteries. My system had a problem in early April, and after two months of trying to get them to troubleshoot, I still had no answers and they were majorly lacking in responding to me. I even texted the owner, who, on May 18, 2025, said he would get back to me and then never did. It is now June 18.
I worked with Sam on a proposal to install solar and backup battery. He’s very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Thanks again!
