Parts were not as advertised or described by the owner. The wheel set I planned to purchase had bald tires and severe flaking/surface damage. These were both described as minimal wear and serviceable. Instead both items were completely different in finish and tread pattern versus the photos shown and description given. The tires would not be safe in good weather much less light rain. Overall running a business with false advertising and limited communication/customer service serves no one.
