Having your motorcycle damaged in an accident is terrible in every way, but at least the experience I've had with Rising Sun has been very positive! Samson (and everyone I've spoken to there, really) has been exceptionally friendly and helpful. Aside from carrying out the repairs themselves, they also patiently provided instructions on how to deal with insurance, provided tips on where to source parts, and even helped with transport of the bike so I wouldn't have to drive it in winter weather. Young inexperienced staff. Accountability is a foreign concept to the owner. The owner will blame the customer if something goes wrong. He's a bit of a grifter. Unless you are desperate I would look elsewhere.
This is the only place in town I will ever take my motorcycles. Samson is the man! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel they have more than earned my trust, respect and money. Best mechanics around! Thanks for all you do guys
