Samson and his team really came through for me last month (July). Been bringing my VStar 1100 to them for years, and they still impress me with great service! My bike broke down with a failed starter clutch while out and about on a Sunday (July 6). Contacted them for help, and they responded to me in 30mins, even though they are closed Sundays.
