Everything is clean and quiet. Neighbors are so friendly too. I already know more neighbors here than I did in my previous neighborhood of 8 years. The maintenance supervisor and team do a great job
Diane might need to learn some manners. Talk with respect when someone is requesting something nicely. No need to give attitude, if you don’t like your job please don’t take it out on others. We can also come in with an attitude.
We moved into one of the new buildings and the construction was good quality.The place has been great and very helpful up to this point.And it's a nice neighborhood with nice amenities.Happy with my decision to move here 😃
This place is absolute garbage. Do not live here. The land lord, Diane, does not follow the lease and will constantly not answer. She is extremely rude and there is no chain of command to contact her boss, because apparently she is “the boss”. The land lord is also extremely rude and just nasty. So many people moved out in their first year because of how unmanageable living here is. Between constant construction, “luxury” apartments being built like garbage, and a rude landlord this place is NOT it. Save your money and live ... read more
The apartments are so beautifully done. Modern and welcoming. Love the clubhouse. The pool will be amazing. Highly recommend this development!
