From the first meeting with Mitch Sanders our experience with Rising Sun was A+. No hard sell and unnecessary because the whole house solar package we chose was top of the line in every category. Customer service, too, is excellent. Installation was on time and seemless. We cannot say enough about this company. You will not be disappointed! Rising Sun is quite simply the best.
Awesome/quick/friendly service at a reasonable price. Kudos to Eric for solving a broken water pump in a timely manner.
So very helpful and easy to work with! Gave us all the options and helped us decide which was best for us personally. I recommend them for everyone.
They were helpful up front, but once they were paid the deposit and progress payments, everything took a turn. We are now 13 months into the process since installation started, and still have no final inspection or permit on our project. Excuse after excuse, but still no completed job after one year. Beware of this company.
I have 2 systems which were installed by Rising Sun. One Net Metering and the other a standalone system with Tesla Powerwalls. The installation was great initially and the systems have worked really well to completely cover our energy bills. Recently we had the Solar Edge inverter fail on us and I contacted Rising Sun on Tuesday afternoon with the problem.
