I spoke with owner of company matteus and he said he would get back to me twice been over 2 months ago and he ghosted me ! No follow up by anyone . Went with another company and it’s done.
Every Rising Sun person I had contact with was knowledgeable, and thorough with initial design and schematics, and they handled all my questions expertly from the start through post installation. If HECO streamlined their processes I think the timelines could be much shorter, but Rising Sun and their entire team was always prompt, courteous, and very professional. Highly recommended!
