Every Rising Sun person I had contact with was knowledgeable, and thorough with initial design and schematics, and they handled all my questions expertly from the start through post installation. If HECO streamlined their processes I think the timelines could be much shorter, but Rising Sun and their entire team was always prompt, courteous, and very professional. Highly recommended!
