I love this place, excellent products, fantastic prices and knowledgeable and friendly staff
I had an issue with one of their products and send them a message and photos and was told to ring Helen. Without any hesitation Helen refunded me the money straight away and her polite manner didn't change once. She never questioned me and fully believed and trusted me. I can only highly recommend this company for their great customer service! Helen gave me the best customer service I've had in a long time. Thanks again for your prompt service.
Karl was great to chat to, and I went there to look at 1 item, they have thousands of items there, you need to go have a look.
I bought some WPC decking. It split from the sun in less then a year. i called for a refund and was told the decking breaking was not rising suns fault and the owner then hung up on me. I would stay away from their products.
