My daughter suffers with anxiety so Fairbanks family dental sent over a referral to rising stars. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and the dental hygienist was very friendly and didn't try to push my daughter out of her comfort zone. But Dr. Johnson was rude, unprofessional and made both my daughter and I uncomfortable. My son hates going to the dentist because of a prior traumatic experience at a different dental office. Dr. Johnson at Rising Stars has been so patient with my son. The staff that work with him are all wonderful. The front desk ladies made a point to chat with my son about his stuffed animal monkey and koala and found matching stickers that they gave to him at his dental surgery appt a month later. They really go above and beyond to make the dental experience a positive one.
From scheduling to the point of check-in to discharge- the staff were absolutely wonderful. They made us feel welcomed, answered all of our questions & treated our sweet baby boy with the utmost care! Dr. Johnson met with us before & after the procedure, explained every thing he did & our next steps! They made us feel at peace with our (almost) 2 year old undergoing his dental procedure.
