I had to get two vehicles repaired in the same month, one through insurance and the other out of pocket. I knew Doug had a good reputation for getting the job done right, so I decided to give his shop a try and I was not disappointed. Both times I arrived for my appointment they were ready for me. Doug came right out and inspected my vehicle thoroughly, taking time to point out things I had missed, and explaining what would need to be fixed. Be careful when dealing with this auto body shop. My car was brought here for repairs after being side-swiped but had to be taken elsewhere. Long story short, when picking up my car, my car's NEW battery somehow went "missing," and they replaced it with an old, dead one. They are refusing to pay for a replacement or offer any remedy, saying that's how the car came in. I have proof my car battery was purchased a few weeks ago. I won't be doing business here again.
