Chimney hit by lightening and i didn’t realize it because i wasn’t home. Chris was one if 3 contractors i had out to look at the repairs. He worked directly with my insurance company and did a great job at a fair price in December of 2018 .
We recently worked with Rising Star when one of our customers needed a chimney liner installed. Chris was able to look at the job promptly and provide a fair estimate for his professional work. His office manager, Marina, was a pleasure to work with and made the coordination of the project seamless. The technicians, Mark & Mike, arrived as scheduled, on time and completed a skilled installation. Thank you so much and we look forward to working with you again!
We had our chimney inspected and cleaned by them a week ago. Everyone that I have dealt with at Rising Star was extremely courteous and very friendly. We (took their business card) will definitely use them again.
Rising Star Chimney did work at our house today, Wednesday, April 6,2016. They did an awesome job putting a new cap on the chimney and put and put new refractory panels in the fireplace. They are very pleasant to work with and very helpful and great manners. Thank you Chris and Nick! See you in the fall for the cleaning.
These guys did an awesome job! They setup on a rainy Wednesday afternoon and were done by Friday noon time. They rebuillt the two chimneys on our house from the roof up. They look great! Thanks Eric, Chris and crew. I will reccomend you to friends for sure.
