We were vacationing from CT and MA. The original.hotel we had canceled due to flooding. We thought this hotel had good reviews. The woman at the desk was friendly. She was the only nice thing about our stay. There was a horrible "barnyard" smell when you first enter the lobby. The room was old and dirty looking. It was cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for. I didn't dare sleep under the covers. The casino was not great either. Small and stinking of cigarettes. They need to do some updating.
Worst service, I've been here waiting for a damn pizza for 45 minutes. Everyone who ordered after me has gotten their food. This place has the worst customer service I've ever witnessed
The worst buffet experience I’ve ever had. When you spend over $60 and get corn dogs and bags of chips is insane! You will get better food and service from a Golden corral!
