If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I made the mistake of trusting the positive Google reviews. I have TRICARE Dental, and this was one of the strangest experiences I've had at a dental office. While I was sitting in the chair, the dentist was entering charges into the computer and telling me what I would owe because my insurance supposedly wouldn't cover it. The problem is they never even submitted a claim to my insurance. I called TRICARE myself, and the representative confirmed they had never received a claim.... read more
I had a great experience at Rising Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and made me feel at ease. The office was clean, organized, and efficient, and the staff took the time to explain everything throughout my exam and X-rays.
