I should give zero stars. Bob, does not keep his word, I am sure it is not the same people I dealt with before. They were super nice and kept their word. We placed an order December 13, 2023. They told us the machine was broken, reached out in January 2024, will call you back. Reached out in March, let me check and call you back.
