Jackie is awesome. I loved my stress relieving massage for tension I hold in certain areas of my body. It was very relaxing and peaceful. Also, the Reiki session was amazing. The best Reiki I have ever had. Will definitely return. I can't say enough good things. Highly recommend. Can't wait for my next session.

Jacki at Rising Roots Wellness does incredible work! I’ve been seeing her for massage therapy for several months and she has done wonders for my tight shoulders and back. My job is both physical at times and has me hunched over my laptop a good bit, so I am often quite tense. Jacki’s magic hands along with her obvious knowledge of muscular systems make for a truly incredible experience. Plus, her kindness and warmth makes her a delight to chat with and I always feel so welcomed and safe in her presence.
After having rotater cuff surgery Jackie did a great job of working the knots out of my neck and shoulders from not sleeping properly can't wait to see her in a month
I went to Jackie for Reiki last weekend. It was very relaxing. She listened to my needs, and talked to me afterward about what she experienced from her therapy with me. I felt a shift energetically during my session. I was calm afterward, but I need to come back because I am going through a major reset in my life, and I need healing.
