“Current resident” I have been living here for over two years now. I think I might speak up on some things that go on here! Living here is already expensive with almost zero amenities. The dog wash bay is disgraceful compared to others. The dog park is disgusting 99% of the time. Trash is usually everywhere around the bins. The bug problems they have during the spring is unbearable. Bugs all over the first floor hallway. I have loved the two years I spent here. Ashley is amazing and very accommodating. Only downside is living on the first floor can get a little loud at times but nothing that has every caused issues or lasted a long duration of time.

Dogs Can be large & aggressive but acceptable as long as considered ESA. When you're paying a premium for your residency, you expect the outside creatures to stay outside. Unfortunately, that's not always the case. Although it's not a full-blown infestation, there have been instances where boxelder bugs have taken over the entryway of the complex.
