This review comes after my second appointment. I will tell you I was a little weary at first, but after my first appt I knew this is exactly what my body needed. Being in flight or fight mode for years, Amy has helped my body release. I feel so at ease and “lighter” after each session. Looking forward to see what more sessions do for me. If you’re on the fence, please make an appointment.

Wowzer! What a profound session. I have received a lot of energy / bodywork and this was unlike any modality I have experienced (in a very positive way). I feel more relaxed with less mokeymind, my neck is less tight and my posture is improved. Energetically I received answers to a couple of thing I had been looking for clarity on. Amy is skilled, has great wisdom and is very personable. I look forward to my next session to peel the next layer!
