I submitted a new client form a little over 2 weeks ago and never heard back via text, call nor email. I tried reaching out multiple times calling/texts with nothing in return. The counselor I saw was good but dealing with Colt and the billing side was HORRENDOUS. I never received invoices and when I asked about it he said it's because I didn't have a co-pay. But then when I questioned charges that were made TO MY CREDIT CARD they were magically for charges that I never received an invoice or statement for. The last statement I received was Sept 2023 which is when I started with them. When speaking with Colt this morning he was extremely rude and unhelpful.
