The counselor I saw was good but dealing with Colt and the billing side was HORRENDOUS. I never received invoices and when I asked about it he said it's because I didn't have a co-pay. But then when I questioned charges that were made TO MY CREDIT CARD they were magically for charges that I never received an invoice or statement for. The last statement I received was Sept 2023 which is when I started with them. When speaking with Colt this morning he was extremely rude and unhelpful. Absolute pleasure to work with; Wanda in the front office has been phenomenal; she got us scheduled right away, is easy to get a hold of and genuinely cares. Debbie D has also been an incredible therapist; she listens, has a connection with her patients and makes them feel comfortable. Cannot say enough good things!
