Came here on a Sunday to get a nose piercing with my cousin, paid a fair price and the process was quick and easy. To the lady saying the shop owner was dismissive and rude, weren’t you the lady who was pressing her for how long it was going to be even though she said she didn’t know because there were several people in line in front of you? And you were passive aggressive with her because you didn’t like her answer? Because your kid was in the car nervous? Anyways, 5 stars for Rising Phoenix, I will be returning.
Two of my granddaughters visited here yesterday with me. One got her 1st ear piercing, the other her 2nd. Clean establishment that was recommended by many and I can see why. I also recommend this business.
Had a really bad experience. Came with my teenage daughter who was excited to get her first piercing but feeling a little nervous. The shop owner was very dismissive and rude kinda out of nowhere. It was really weird. She made my daughter so uncomfortable that we ended up leaving. Definitely do not recommend going here with kids.
I came in just to buy some jewerly a few months ago and had a fantastic experience. The price was way lower than what I had anticipated or paid at other places for piercing jewerly, and yet the quality is fantastic
I needed some backings for my threadless items and called ahead to see if she had any. She told me that other than a couple pieces none of the jewelry has a brand after I asked what brands she carried. When I went to desperately get these backings I saw such a huge amount of different jewelry, most of it looked cheap, and for some of the pieces they were less than $15.
