This gym was great til they closed with little notice and transferred everyone's gym membership without asking and then I got charged a month or two later from the new gym they transferred me to and I've never even been there. They won't reply to emails asking for at minimum a partial refund since it closed half way through my memberships month....scam
Crooks. They charged me my annual fee and monthly fee and kids club and then shut down the gym within a week. Crooks.
They took my money & closed the business!!
Please be aware! This gym is currently out of business, and they are not responding to continue charging monthly membership payments. I am planning to report this .Shame on them!!!
Whoever is reading this, I just found out that Rising Fitness is permanently closed and the comments here confirm that. I am still paying my membership price but I received an email from “Dynamic Fitness - Katy/BarkerCypress location” so they probably transferred all of us to that gym now. I hope this helps! (P.S. it said we want to cancel, we have to go through contacting Rising Fitness which is booty cause they aren’t answering anyone else here in the comments.🤷♀️)
