Friendly staff, but unfortunately a filling restoration resulted in needing a root canal, with no communication of this risk until after when I returned with severe pain. I was disappointed with how the situation was handled, as I was sent away with a script for pain relief and advised to return in two weeks. I saw two other dentists the following day, who both confirmed the tooth was non-vital and required urgent root canal treatment, which I received that same day.
Dr. Cathine is the gentlest dentist I've ever met. Her skills are highly professional and precise. She always listen carefully and explain things very clearly. Highly recommended :)
I’ve never liked going to the dentist but Rising Era Dental and Dr Catherine have made all my dental experiences really enjoyable. The clinic is extremely clean and comfortable, the staff are welcoming and most importantly the quality of Dr Catherine’s work is amazing. I’d highly recommend Rising Era Dental clinic.
