I hired and paid Matthew Keys for a project to complete a permit and he has not responded, ignored all my calls. Just took the money and did nothing. Fraud.
We asked Meir to take a look at a few projects for us, his pricing was spot on and he completed the work on time. we will continue to use Rising Development Group when ever we are short handed.
Rising development group had there bid in on time and we're able to assist use in making the best choices for our new office building. The expediter was able to get our plans approved early and Meir was able to break ground right away. The project is already 2 months ahead of projections.
My company bought a new office that needed a complete rehab before we could move in, which we were on a rush to do. Rising finished the work to our specs in a short period of time. Excellent!
