He is very attentive and does not push pills on you unless necessary. Performs all the necessary lab tests and makes excellent recommendations.
This office has extremely gone downhill in the past five years. Was in today for testing, showed symptoms of virus or strep throat. Nurse Practitioner Donna was so rude and unfriendly, basically told me she could not do anything for me and rushed me out of the office. They made me feel like I had a contagious terminal illness. I even heard her and nurses talking about me while I was leaving and going to fill out paper work. Will be filing a complaint.
Have been a patient of Dr Risi for more than 15 years. Have always appreciated the quality of care and that he has always been personable and is proactive in his approach. My wife and I are both happy patients with Dr Risi.
Dr. Risi is preferable to Dr. Rednor, but they change who you see when you get there even if you request someone specific. The practice has gone downhill since merging with Princeton. Patient care turned to bottom-line care. These guys seem more concerned with awards than patients. I get the feeling I interrupted their golf game when I'm there. Looking for a new primary after 15 years with them. And please get a new carpet in the waiting room, it's disgusting out there.
A good doctor who listens to his patient. I highly recommend.
