I visited this office for the first time and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I waited about an hour before seeing the doctor. During the visit, my vitals were taken and an ultrasound was done on both legs. However, the doctor only spent about two minutes with me, gave a brief explanation of the procedure they perform, and never reviewed or explained my ultrasound results. Yaulika and all other staff are amazing, friendly, patient and understanding.
Don’t go here. They schedule you for follow ups just to take your blood pressure then charge you a co pay. They lost my paperwork that I had left with them for school and I had to find it and send it to them again. I asked for a refill on my medication 2 months ago and never heard back from them and tried to call and left a message and got no response. They do not care about the patients and they have way too many people working and not doing things. Tried to support a smaller practice but I regret it.
