Riser installed two heat pumps for us and we had a great experience. They were efficient, communicated properly, and their installs were great. (They're also a lot cheaper than many of their competitors.) I'd absolutely use them again.
Riser’s people (Nick and Cameron) were great. Came in, installed the heat pump, cleaned up, showed us how to use it and left. They are the type of people you don’t mind working in your house. Very friendly, polite, helpful and neat. I would recommend Riser Heat Pumps to everyone.
Used Riser again for hot water heat pump installation. Always great to work with. They are also quite fast with email responses. Highly recommend. Had Riser install my 5th heat pump (4th job) and had electrical re-done 9/2025, always great work and workers, they completed the work in way less time than the estimated. They are a great company to work with.
