Poor communication and also keep finding stumps that were not ground or only partially ground. The job was to remove all trees and grind all stumps. We asked them to come back and finish grinding the stumps but they will not reply to calls or texts.

I needed to take a minute to truly right this review about Rise.N.Grind. The service was fantastic. Joseph is a gem. His crew is responsible and articulate. I had a monster tree in my backyard that was dangerous. Not anymore. He also removed the stump in the front of my house with ease and even seeded the area for me. He comes when he says he will be there. He is the nicest and most pleasant person to work with. Joseph is very compassionate and really wants to make you comfortable and happy. Joe is a very nice gentlemen and knowledgeable about trees. Their work is very professional, neat and clean. I definitely would recommend this company if someone needs to have tree services.
