I had a check engine light on my 2005 ford focus and it was po 171 and my pvc hose had a crack in it, chad got me in, looke at it. They ordered the parts and got it fixed and my car runs great now, I’m in future going to use them.
These guys got me in to their shop 2 days after I reached out. I needed my timing belt, tensioner, and water pump replaced. We had to wait a day for parts to arrive and they had it finished the following day. My vehicle runs like a champ and I’m so pleased with the experience. Riseley automotive is fast, friendly, affordable, honest and communicative. I highly recommend their services. I appreciate you guys, thank you so much!
Chad has worked on two of our vehicles ('08 Acadia & '12 Silverado) and I can't say enough good things about him and his service. Was very informative about was the issue was with my daughters car. Explained everything he was going to do and it was all done in one day. Made sure to make contact before and after fixing the car for my daughter. I was under the impression it was a vacuum leak but he found the real reason the car was not functioning correctly and it was the thermostat. Thank you for taking care of my daughters car.
