I originally went with Risedesk, wanting to support a local and Canadian brand, and needing an ergonomic chair that could properly support my injured back. When I opened my package, the chair came with scuff marks and slightly dented pieces. They were minuscule issues which I didn't bring up at the time, but that should have been my first clue. Very poor after-sales service no response I purchased a RiseDesk standing desk and unfortunately the power cable failed, making the desk unusable. I contacted RiseDesk multiple times by email and received no response. I even purchased a replacement cable at my own expense, carefully matching the specifications, and the desk still does not work. Trying to contact this company about a desk I bought in 2022 (still under warranty) and getting completely ghosted. No email, text, or phone call response. What's wild is the website is still there and will happily take your money, but as far as I can tell the company is AWOL.
