I ordered a chair that is covered under warranty and broken. The support team authorized my replacement part in October (Its now mid February) and I still havent received it. Nobody can tell me whats going on, and nobody will let me speak to a manager. This company is not honest / worthwhile dealing with.
Beware: scammy brand will ghost you if there’s a problem I deliberately ordered the Rise Ergo Chair, Small Size (5’1 - 5’9) as I am a shorter person, and because I liked the way it looked. Risedesk sent me a different chair than the one I ordered, the Rise Ergo Chair PRO (one size). Additionally, the chair arrived with significant dents and scratches on the metal base. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! We ordered an office chair Dec 24, 2024, promised 2 day shipping, and have not heard from the company in over 3 weeks. We constantly messaged them through different media platforms (text, Instagram, email), and we get the same generic message that they're looking into it and sorry for the delay. Absolutely atrocious. They even withdrew the money for the chair and I don't even know how to get my money back.
Be careful! I ordered in December, and today I still haven’t received anything (delivery was supposed to take 1-2 business days). I now see many people leaving the same review. I requested a refund seeing that my order hasn’t arrived. Still no response regarding the refund either. The phone doesn’t work.
