Elizabeth is an amazing Pilates instructor! She has a thorough understanding of human anatomy. She knows exactly what to do to work with your unique physical challenges to come up with a personalized program that strengthens, stretches and provides you with energy and endurance, without injuring or re-injuring yourself. She is such a delight to work with. I look forward to my sessions with her every week.
