We went to multiple dealers to try and find a good quality vehicle in budget and can honestly say my experience with rise v was what drove me to choose them as my dealer. They were transparent with all the information provided and had no issues with my request for a pre-purchase inspection. I felt supported throughout the process and happy with what I drove away with. Jerry was knowledgeable and reliable and I appreciated the communication. Would definitely recommend!
I would not recommend Rise V Auto & Tire Center. The communication was very poor, especially from Tony in the mechanic department. We brought our vehicle in multiple times for the same issue, and each time the problem was not properly fixed. Tony never clearly explained that we would have to pay for an alignment, even though the alignment was left incorrect after their work. Came to Rise V, the atmosphere here is great!!! They don’t overwhelm you like other dealerships, they are very professional & make you feel comfortable. Raul was our salesman & he was wonderful! Jerry also worked with us, he was helpful & made our experience at rise v a perfect one! Definitely will be referring family & friends here.
