I've been seeing Kristina for about a year and she's helped me so much with my stubborn tension. I myself am a massage therapist so, you could say I'm very picky with my practitioners but, I am throughly impressed with every session I have with Kristina! She's truly amazing, intuitive and talented.

I’ve been seeing Kristina for about 4 years and I have to say, she is the BEST!! It took me a long time to find a massage therapist that would not throw me into an instant migraine, she can get into those muscles to release them without sending me straight into a migraine. I had a disk replaced in my neck a couple years ago and had the absolute worst muscle spasms in my neck going down my arm. Honestly that pain was worse than the surgery pain. The older I get the more little aches and pains from CrossFit seem to linger. While I've always enjoyed massage, I've come to rely on it to help with recovery so I can keep up my active lifestyle. Kristina's extensive knowledge and understanding of the body and sports movement helps her to really isolate and relieve my issues. Can't recommend her enough.
