Jim demonstrates honesty and integrity in his work, and can be counted on to finish what he starts. He tackled a large vent repair job for my mother, and followed it through to the end. Much appreciated.
Was excited to use a local company for duct cleaning, they had to reschedule my appointment. No big deal. But then they no call no showed my appointment. Weird but maybe my fault for wrong date? Nope, got a hold of him and he just said. “Oh I don’t have time for that” and hung up on me. Like bro, what the heck?? Extremely disappointed because he sounded like a stand up guy.
