They did an excellent job on my vent cleaning/furnace tuneup! Went above and beyond and the price was the most reasonable the area. 10/10 will definitely use again.

20250228: UPDATE! So our 30 year old furnace and AC system finally decided it was time to go. So we called Jim back out and he gave us an unbeatable price and timeline for a complete replacement. Came out at a last minutes notice to help me get my heat working again. Not only did he get things up and working again, he provided a detailed explanation as to what caused the issue so that we can avoid this in the future.

Lexi & Dan were AMAZING! Friendly, prepared, on time, & thorough. Highly recommend! Dan & Lexi came back out because we had a few questions & needed a few things checked. Rise Up responded immediately and offered to come back, top to bottom, to make sure everything was complete. They were, again, very friendly and helpful and made sure we were 1000% satisfied, which we were. Customer service like this is extremely hard to come by anymore. They'll definitely have our business & recommendations for years to come.
