I have done everything from regular gyms, OrangeTheory, 4 different kickboxing gyms, pilates and other small group training classes… I can confidentially say Rise provides the most effective and efficient workout. I have been training here for 6 months and have seen results and feel great. All the coaches are amazing, friendly and know what they’re doing. Also, the indoor pickleball court is nice. A bonus is that it’s attached to Rise Coffee, which brews amazing drinks.
