I was so skeptical about attending a spin class for my friends birthday in October, but I’m so glad I did. For my first experience, the front desk was so friendly and helped me adjust my bike and made sure I was comfortable. The class was so fun and a challenge as I knew I was out of shape. Rise has been nothing but an amazing experience! It’s got me up and excited to be moving! Being a bigger person, I’m a little self conscious about working out. Rise has helped me not worry about all of that! At Rise, I felt welcomed with no judgement! It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner like me, or advanced like many others. You just show up and show out! Thats why I keep coming back!
