I took my wife there yesterday but our first visit will BE OUR LAST VISIT! We were totally ignored by the two employees who were working there while standing at the ordering station! There was only one other customer sitting in the restaurant at the time! Both employees saw us standing there and one even walked away going towards the back of the kitchen! THE SERVICE SUCKS!!!!
My *favorite* biscuit, buffalo, was recently discontinued, I discovered during my visit (a RISE buffalo biscuit is one of my brekkie must-haves when I'm in town). But the employees pulled from their "squirrel stash" to make me a few to savor. I l o v e this kind of customer service!!
Very great chicken, biscuits, and several delicious sides. Easy ordering kiosk with a to go warmer that's self-explanatory getting your pre-order fast and efficiently. Expensive but tasty!
June 2023 -> Over 30 minutes of wait... 30 minutes. June 2025 -> after 2 years I decided too give it another chance... It got worst. Over 40 minutes of waiting. And it was empty.
