So helpful and compassionate
Staff very kind, courteous and helpful. I paid the $150 for the 2 weeks tryout of the sleep equipment. Unfortunately found it extremely uncomfortable and impossible to sleep with the mask etc on. Never got any sleep so decided to return the equipment immediately the next morning. I was informed I would not be refunded the money paid which is not important as their assistance and help extended is very much appreciated. Wonderful staff!
Appointments made quickly. Explanation of results efficiently done. Explanation of treatments and trials of cpap machines easy to organise.
I found them very professional,gave good advice and made sure I understood what was going on I am in a trial mode at the moment…seeing what I prefer Have had good communication from Fiona which is ongoing
