I went for a sleep study and found it to be very poor service on so many levels. 1. The location was not at the address that they have on Google and they haven't bothered to put up any signage. 2. They appear to have "double dipped" in their Medicare billing, by billing for a "lung function test," despite me having no such thing provided based on the Medicare description of that item. I initially had some difficulty finding the entrance, signage at street level is not fantastic, It is located upstairs from the medical centre. Otherwise I found the staff to be quite friendly, they made me feel comfortable while I conducted my sleep test. I left having learnt a great deal about sleep disorders and with peace of mind regarding my own sleep.
