Eli has been great at helping me get back to pain-free movement. I came to Rise with knee pain and no clear cause, and he worked patiently to get to the root of it. Eli is knowledgeable, personable, and super adaptable—always adjusting the plan to fit my routine and whatever else my body was throwing at me, including other injuries that came up along the way. He takes the time to explain things clearly and makes sure every part of the plan feels doable. Most of all, I appreciated that he kept me active and progressing withou... read more

I’ve been trying to fix my old, decrepit, ancient body for over a decade now—just so I can play low-level adult league sports—to no avail. In my past experience, physical therapy has always left me feeling like I wasn’t truly heard, or like the treatment wouldn’t last more than a couple of weeks. Dr. Josh, and RISE as a whole, have been a game changer for me when it comes to addressing the root causes of chronic issues and body imbalances. They’re patient, genuinely listen to every neurotic thought you might have about your ... read more

I’m so grateful to have found RISE Rehab and Dr. Josh Davis! I’m a runner with several half marathons under my belt and have struggled with shin splints for as long as I can remember. They’ve always flared up during high-mileage training phases, but this year, while training for the Glacier National Park Half Marathon, the pain became absolutely debilitating. I would head out for an 8–10 mile long run and have to bail after just 2 miles because the pain was so intense. I felt defeated and mentally exhausted from dealing with... read more

Hands down the best physical therapists in Denver!! I had been dealing with shoulder/scapular pain for years and went through half a dozen PT’s before finding Rise. I got more out of my first session with Josh than I did from years of physical therapy!! I’m only a couple sessions in and have seen so much improvement. I have never met someone who understands the body so well and can communicate the problem and solution in a way that is digestible for the average person. 10/10

I’ve seen Dr. Eli for a few months now with shoulder issues. He not only has a wealth of knowledge, but is also very understanding and kind. I like coming here because they have a world-class facility with new equipment, and just good vibes in general. He and Dr. Josh are an incredible team and they are motivated to relieve patients of pain.
