Josh at Rise has been tremendous in helping me get my knee right after a bad ski crash. Josh has been patient and thoughtful giving exercises that build strength and confidence. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Rise Rehabilitation is a PT for active people seeking active solutions! I was willing to do the work - just needed a PT that knew how to help with that. I loved working with Dr. JJ. Our sessions were focused but also fun! I felt that I could text her at anytime- not just in session and that I had a true support cheering on my recovery to painless squats. Definitely recommend.

I had bicep tendonitis in my left shoulder for years. Tried everything: rest, ice, steroid shots, other physical therapists. Nothing worked. Then I saw an ad for Rise on Facebook and figured I had nothing to lose by giving it a shot. I'm glad I did. My shoulder is now stronger and feels notably better, and it wouldn't have gotten there without the patience, help and guidance of Dr. Eli Edwards. Thank goodness I found Rise!

So we cultivated a plan around strengthening areas of my body under intense fatigue which included lifting after gru... read more

I am a retired nurse. And skiing has been a passion. I was hired to teach 3 to 6 year old how to ski. I knew I'd be hoisting kids up off the snow while they were learning, but I had a problem. A shoulder had been giving me problems; pinched, sometimes waking up and needing to move it very slowly to determine what was hurting. Time to talk with someone, and set myself up for success with the kids. Signed up for a package of PT vists with Rise Rehab. "JJ" was so knowledgeable, no question or complaint of pain too big or small ... read more
