10/10 recommend! I was so grateful Ryan was able to fit me in right before my HYROX competition. I had been dealing with hip and nerve pain from all the running in my training, and he quickly assessed the issue and got to work. I left feeling a noticeable improvement in my symptoms! He also gave me targeted exercises to do on my own and a clear plan to help me get through the competition safely. Looking forward to continuing with him post-race to focus on a full recovery plan!
This place is a hidden gem! I saw Julia and had such a thorough, thoughtful experience. She really takes her time and makes you feel like more than just another appointment.
