I really recommend Dr. Julia! She has been helping me get rid of knee pain from overpronation of my feet. Before seeing her I did not know what was causing my knee pain. She was able to figure it out and has been treating it as well as assigning me different exercises to strengthen the relevant muscles and therefore reduce the pain. I felt the difference in just one session!
Dr Julia is the best PT in St Pete! I see her primarily for cupping, dry needling, as well as adjustments. Dr Julia has really made a huge difference in my overall functionality and health. I can't recommend her services enough and she's really such a talented physical therapist. We are lucky to have her!!
