Regret using these agents as long as I did. Cost me a lot of wasted time and money. Every interaction with them was a headache dealing with their unprofessionalism and poor organisation. FYI Craig, your lengthy defensive reply’s to well deserved 1 star reviews attempting to protect the credibility of your poorly run business makes you look worse
Avoid avoid avoid. Do not rent through this agency, have been accused of all kinds of things by Craig and Kelly, just because they couldn’t keep their word about breaking a lease 4 weeks early. Was forced to sign over my bond to them after being harassed by Craig to do so. Also have been verbally abused and called a “trog” at my workplace by Craig for not paying “over due rent”, that he personally stated to me would not be charged. Handed the keys back and finished up lease, they still charged rent and expected me to pay it.... read more
Zero stars. Avoid at all costs. They may pretend to care about sellers and buyers but they certainly do not care about tenants and also have not done right by the landlord. I had a similar horrible experience to another poster, Peter. Assuming the references to a female employee are accurate I can say with significant confidence based on the description of events and Peter’s alleged experience that it was likely Craig’s wife (?) and co-owner, Kelly. Poor communication, happy to talk to you unless you question them. Like to yell at tenants and not listen to them. Will be staying clear of this real estate in the future.
Craig and the team did a fabulous job selling our property. They are true professionals. Would highly recommend.
