RISE PT - my custom splint was made wrong which caused me extensive pain and suffering for 3 full months. And they have the audacity to bill me for that splint. Unfortunately I do not recommend Rise PT I have been a PT patient off and on for years ( can compare with fairness). This PT is extremely busy and over crowded. There are way too many people in this single room. (If you have any immune issues you may want to wear a mask.) My PT is working on no less than 3 other patients at once. This is very frustrating with someone who needs attention. My PT doesn’t even understand my medical history even after reminding her multiple times. Homework is usually standard practice with PT.
