I waited over three months to get insurance approval and an appointment for physical therapy here after it being highly recommended. Once the two months wait for insurance approval was granted, the receptionist called me(so they obviously have MY number). She told me that only the first sheet of my authorization was received via fax and if I (not them) could call community care and have them resend it. Community care has a long hold time but they could have just as easily called and requested it as providers have a separate ... read more
Fantastic experience with Nick at Rise PT. So many of the exercises he gave me addressed my issues better than other therapists’ had. He really takes the time to understand your issues, any concerns and is also very creative with at-home equipment to simulate the things we did in-clinic.

I recently tore my Achilles and did my physical therapy at Rise in Carlsbad with Nick. He was incredible and got me back to all my activities extremely quick. Overall amazing experience through and through.
Nick was my PT and he was fantastic. So often I have been to PT and been given exercises to do at home and when I would go to an office it was just more of the same. Nick was always changing it up based on the previous days issues. I had a knee replacement and he would not only provide guidance for strengthening my knee but also provide pain relief when I was having problem. I can’t recommend Nick and Rise enough.
