Angel was amazing! Got me on his busy schedule on the specific day I inquired about, was prompt, professional and most importantly my carpets look amazing! All for a great price! Would highly recommend!
Rise N Shine Cleaning was a letdown. I scheduled an appointment for a routine cleaning, but when the team arrived, they were disorganized and rushed through the job. My kitchen and bathroom still had grime and soap scum after the cleaning, and the floors were not cleaned properly. I tried calling their customer service to address the issues, but no one ever returned my calls. The service was subpar, and I ended up paying much more than I was originally quoted. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for cleaning services.
I had a very disappointing experience with Rise N Shine Cleaning. I hired them for a deep cleaning of my apartment, and the results were far from what I expected. The team arrived late and seemed unprepared, using minimal cleaning supplies. After they left, I noticed dust and dirt still in several areas, and some surfaces were barely touched.
