Picked up my first call, explained the services, made an appointment to fit my schedule within 2 weeks, supplied online information on how to prepare for the visit. Day of the visit Angel (owner) sent a text when on his way, arrived on time, did a great job, completed 2 rooms and an area rug in about 90 minutes. The rugs dried in about 3 hours. I can not speak to cost value as this was the first professional cleaning I used. Certainly better results than renting a machine, quicker, and a lot less physical. Highly recommended... read more
