The young man Khi was extremely helping. It was very curious , very attentive, he answered all my questions . Customer service was very good . He got me in & out . It was a pleasure .
I arrived at Rise Tuesday night at 9:51 PM, well before the posted closing time of 10 PM. Despite this, the staff initially refused service, and only after persistent insisting did the representative—very rudely—agree to help. Even then, he claimed he couldn’t find my order, despite me showing proof via text and email confirmations. If customers are turned away before closing, then the hours listed online should reflect that. First-time visitors shouldn’t have to waste an hour-long drive just to be denied.
