Rise Inc. is a great company to work with. I have been a client of theirs for the past 4 years and received housing and employment services along with my workers going above and beyond helping me with getting my child back (which I successfully got full custody back a year ago) and successfully gain a set aside so I could be allowed to work in my new career. It's a great, supportive, and collaborative work environment. As an employment consultant, I focus on job development for the person served by matching skills and interests with job responsibilities. I support people to meet their employment goals and encourage them as they become more self-sufficient. I also develop a relationship with employers to learn about the different positions and what makes a successful employee.

As a current client of this agency, I've experienced poor work environments with very little income. There are times that this agency does not even follow OSHA standards. I feel like questioning their methods will only let them make sure that I stay there for good, which drives me to absolute madness. The staff's mathamatics when it comes to their timing are so inaccurate and unreasonable that i get confused, and just cannot think anymore.
