RISE has an incredible mission and company culture. They put the individuals they support and their employees first. They provide great supports for those in their services. I love all the interactive programs they create in their services!
This place is terrible especially the managers and the leads they do not know how to communicate with there co worker, threatens to hold pays from the employees it’s a very toxic work place, taking away clients freedom to do whatever they want forcing them to do things they don’t want to do, all around terrible place to work at defiantly don’t recommend
